If you have any concern regarding the execution of your event that includes a cigar roller or rollers, CF Dominicana is also an ILEA affiliate, one of only two leading accredited organizations for event planning. We are event planners that are cigar knowledgeable. This combination does not exist anywhere else.
VEGAS BUYER BEWARE REGARDING VEGAS EVENT PLANNERS AND CIGAR ROLLERS
Vegas entertainment brokers and event planners should not be trusted because their job is to book and profit from your requests, not to get the right fit nor quality product. Vegas brokers are not cigar lovers and further, simply don't have any expertise regarding the cigar culture.
All brand name cigars are made in the Dominican Republic, Cuba or Nicaragua, not Nevada. Vegas entertainment brokers claiming that they have cigar rollers for events are using cigars made in Nevada and are essentially cheap cigars. Event planners and entertainment brokers know virtually nothing about cigars and they are not cigar knowledgeable. In regards to cigars and a cigar roller feature, don't allow them to make any decisions for you.
Further, Vegas entertainment brokers are often conducting cigar sales unlawfully, a retailers license to sell "OTP" (Other Tobacco Products, aka cigars) is necessary, ask for this license, if they do not have it, you can be implicated in an unlawful transaction while evading State sales tax and compliance. Vegas entertainment brokers and event planners need a license to retail tobacco or resell cigars in the State. These entities are easy to spot and not real cigar entities, they aften broker music and other acts for parties.
Vegas entertainment brokers operate on a "hit and run" method of operation because they will never see you again after event night. Ask your planner what they know about cigars and most important, to show the tobacco license to retail to you. Vegas planners are revenue driven, incentivized by commission to take your money, use your judgment. Vegas entertainment brokers care less regarding planning properly for cigars at your event. Further, will the roller speak English, smile, be able to answer questions and to engage your guests to get a real experience?
